I offer private and discrete cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety, PTSD and stress.
CBT is a form of talking therapy. You can learn how to change the way you see the world and develop new coping skills.
You can change how you think and feel, for the better.
Each session is individually tailored to suit you. You set your own goals and what you want to achieve and I provide guidance.
We would work collaboratively and you would be actively involved in the therapy and the decisions.
I provide a welcoming, informal home from home, where you can feel safe and where we can fit it all together. There are no couches and no suits. Come and help yourself to a coffee, pull up a chair and we can chat.
